- Calendaring: Calendaring software provides users with an electronic version of a calendar used for time-management and scheduling appointments or meetings. SDSU offers Google Calendar for faculty and staff.
- Microsoft 365: It is a cloud-based version of Microsoft Office. SharePoint is the storage component of Microsoft 365. Think of OneDrive as a personal SharePoint site (My Site) for your documents.
- SDSU Intranet: Also known as SharePoint, it is an on-line environment which can be used to create websites for campus internal business use. It is a secure place to store, organize, share, and access information from almost any device. Access to SDSU Intranet requires an SDSUid account.
- OneDrive: It is a file sharing program which allows faculty and staff to store, share, and sync files with their local computers and mobile devices. For work documents, try using OneDrive for filing.

- SDSU Emergency Alert System: SDSU has established a notification system that is capable of sending text (also known as SMS) and e-mail messages in the event of a campus-wide emergency or health and safety concern. It is not intended to supplant any personal emergency contact information you may have provided to Human Resources.

- Streeme IPTV: SDSU offers IPTV services through Streeme over campus data networks so residential students can enjoy TV using their mobile devices wherever and whenever they want on campus. This service use Internet Protocol. Viewers watch content on their favorite devices with efficient search, insightful discovery, and effortless sharing.
